Sonora

Shepherd Mix - Adult - Spayed Female

Sonora is a beautiful brown-eyed girl with a huge heart and fantastic smile. She has a gentle, sensitive soul and is eager to please her person. We believe she will be a loyal dog and someone's truly special friend. 

Sonora came to us a little bit on the shy side. She just wasn't sure what to make of her new foster family with all the hustle and bustle going on. After just a short time we got a gentle nose touch, a soft ear in our hand looking for a pet, and now she's sleeping on the bed with her foster mom and happily jumping in the car for outings and new adventures. 

Sonora is wonderful with other dogs. She shines when she plays. We'd love to see her go to a home with other dogs. She loves splashing (and laying) in water, fetch, toys, and car rides. We think she would do ok in a home with kitties. 

We think she would be happies in an adult only home or home with older children. 

We believe Sonora is a shepherd mix however your best guess is as good as ours. Her birthday is August 17, 2019. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. 

Nala

Labrador Mix - Adult - Spayed Female

 Nala is a sweet and loyal Lab/Great Pyrenes mix with a gentle heart and a love for people. At around 6 years old, she’s the perfect mix of gentle and affectionate, always happy to make new dog friends or soak up attention from her favorite humans. 

Nala forms strong bonds with the people she loves and thrives in a home where she can be close to her family. She may need a little patience as she adjusts to being alone, but her devotion and loving nature make her an incredibly rewarding companion. 

We believe she would likely do well with kids, and while she hasn’t been introduced to cats yet, her friendly personality gives us hope she could adjust well with proper introductions. Nala is ready to find a forever family to love with her whole heart.

Nala is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. 

Birdie

Collie Mix - Young - Spayed Female

 Birdie is an intelligent smooth collie mix born around May 2025 who is looking for her forever family. 

She is an absolute sweetheart who is devoted, friendly, and fantastic with kids. Highly treat motivated and eager to learn, she has already mastered using the doggy door. Birdie loves playing with toys alongside other dogs and gets along great with canine companions. Because she shows a lot of curiosity around cats, she will thrive best in a kitty free home. 

 She is fully spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.  If you want a loyal and affectionate pup to add joy to your home, Birdie is eager to meet you. 

Jojo

Dachshund Mix - Young - Spayed Female

Meet Jojo, a twelve pound package of pure sass, shenanigans, and undeniable charm! We estimate her birthday to be around December 9, 2025, and this little girl has enough personality and character to fill a whole room, complete with some truly hilarious quirks and very strong opinions about the world.

While she may look like an irresistible little stuffed animal, Jojo is not an immediate squeeze-and-snuggle kind of girl. She keeps her inner circle exclusive, and winning a spot in it takes a bit of time, patience, and expert-level treat bribery. Experienced dog owners who understand boundaries and slow introductions will appreciate her unique flair. Once you pass her rigorous screening process, though, Jojo turns into an absolute velcro dog who will shower you with genuine love and devotion.

Jojo is great with other dogs, comfortable around cats, and considers car rides and toys to be top-tier entertainment. She is crate trained, though she would always prefer to be right by your side. Speaking of her crate, Jojo happens to possess phenomenal climbing skills, so her future family must be fully onboard with crating her whenever she is left unsupervised. Because of her cautious nature with new people, she requires an adult-only home where she can flourish at her own pace.

Chihuahua/Terrier Mix - Young - Spayed Female

Meet Noomi, a sweet, social, and curious girl with a big personality and a smile that will instantly melt your heart! Born around January 9, 2026, this goofy, loving puppy weighs in at a perfect sixteen pounds.

Noomi loves making friends and gets along great with other dogs as well as cats. We have not had the opportunity to introduce her to children yet, but she is a friendly soul who enjoys being part of the action. Her breed is complete guesswork on our end, though she looks a bit like a unique Chihuahua and Terrier mix. Your best guess is truly as good as ours!

She is already making great progress in her foster home, knowing how to use the doggy door and continuing to work on her potty training. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all of her vaccinations. 

Minta

Senior - Spayed Female - Domestic Short Hair  

Minta is a senior sweetheart with a quiet, gentle presence. While she can be a bit shy at first and needs a little time to settle into a new environment, her deeply affectionate side truly shines once she feels safe. She loves nothing more than being snuggled in bed with her person, and while she is too polite to demand attention, she will lean right into your hand for gentle pets.

Having spent her entire life in a home, the transition to a new space might require a little patience. She would thrive with someone who understands that the most rewarding bonds are the ones that take a little time to bloom.

Minta does wonderful with other cats and would love a calm feline companion to share her days with. Because she prefers a serene lifestyle, dogs are unknown and might be a bit too overwhelming for her quiet nature.

Born around February 13, 2015, Minta is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and completely ready to find a peaceful sanctuary where she can feel safe, warm, and cherished.

Wonder

Senior - Spayed Female - Domestic Long Hair

Wonder is a lovely senior girl with a soft, reserved nature. She may be a little shy when first meeting new people and surroundings, but with time and patience, she becomes a sweet and friendly companion. 

Once she feels secure, she enjoys pets and will quietly lean in for affection, even if she does not actively seek it out.

Having spent her entire life in a home, Wonder may need a little extra time to adjust, but she is well worth the wait. She would thrive in a calm, understanding environment where she can come out of her shell at her own pace.

Wonder gets along well with other cats and would do nicely in a home with feline friends. She is unsure about dogs, so a quieter home may be best.

This beautiful 4 year old girl may be blind, but she does not let that slow her down from living a happy, loving life. 

She is incredibly friendly and affectionate, and she absolutely loves spending time with her people, especially if that means curling up in a warm lap or lounging in a sunny window.

While she navigates well once she learns her surroundings, she will need a little time and patience to adjust to a new environment due to her limited vision. With consistency and love, she settles in and finds her way just fine.

She gets along well with other cats and would likely do well with calm, gentle dogs who respect her space.

She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished.

Mr. Big

Young - Neutered Male - Domestic Short Hair

Mr. Big earned his name honestly, he is a big boy with an equally big personality. Born around February 23, 2024, he is a laid back, confident cat who knows exactly what he likes and is not shy about letting you know.

He enjoys being petted and will happily accept attention, but he also has clear boundaries and will let you know when he has had his fill, thank you very much. It is all part of his charm.

Mr. Big has a chill, easygoing personality. He loves wet food, long naps in warm sunbeams, and just generally taking life at his own relaxed pace.

He seems fairly indifferent toward other cats and tends to mind his own business. His experience with dogs is unknown.

Mr. Big is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a home that appreciates a cat with a little personality and a lot of presence.

Mackie

Young - Neutered Male - Domestic Short Hair

Mackie is a wonderfully friendly and curious black cat who is about one and a half years old, with an estimated birthday around December 2024. He is incredibly social, chatty, and loves to keep his humans company. If you are doing chores around the house, Mackie will be right there by your side, as he absolutely loves to help his foster mom whenever she is cleaning. He currently lives happily with other cats and is a very easygoing companion. He prefers they respect his space but he is certainly a good kitty roommate. While he has met a dog or two in his foster home we feel he would prefer no doggy siblings in his new home. He would likely be ok with a respectful pup eventually but he's a grump-a-lump at first for sure.

Moira

Kitten - Female - Domestic Short Hair

We have quite a few male and female kittens available for adoption. All are friendly and well socialized, house-trained, and happy and playful felines. 

Moira will be spayed prior to going home. We are working on getting her scheduled. She is microchipped, and has started her kitten vaccination series. Moira's date of birth is estimated to be around  May 18, 2026. 

Chunk

Young - Male - Guinea Pig

 Chunk is a happy little guinea pig with a sweet personality. He has been socialized and is people friendly. He loves to chatter and cheer for fresh fruits and veggies and enjoys gentle pets and attention.

Most guinea pigs like to have companions and we'd love for Chunk to go home with a friend.

Tofu

Young - Female - Hamster

Meet Tofu! We think Tofu is a female, but either way, this little hamster is looking for a patient and understanding forever home.

Right now, Tofu is on the shy side and prefers a quiet environment. She (or he) will need a gentle owner who is willing to take things slow and help build confidence at their own pace. 

With some time, a predictable routine, and a few favorite snacks, watching Tofu's personality blossom will be incredibly rewarding.

Bibbles

Young - Male - Guinea Pig

Bibbles is a sweet and gentle guinea pig who is looking for a forever home, ideally alongside his favorite companion. While he is a little more shy and reserved than his outgoing best friend Jimmy, he has a quiet charm that is incredibly endearing. He is very much a follower and looks up to Jimmy, who happily plays the "big brother" role, helping this sweet boy feel safe and secure as they explore together.

Even though he might take a moment to warm up to new situations, there is one foolproof way to his heart: snacks. Just like Jimmy, he absolutely loves treat time and will quickly find his courage when fresh veggies or tasty treats are on the line.
